Poem - Connection

I feel every bit of connection
As it lights up every fire
Without experiencing any distraction
Echoing for every bit of my desire
Seeping through the inner parts of my vein
Just as it had been ordained
All I should have ever maintained.
Like someone in pain.
When I suddenly felt lost
I found myself at no cost
Waiting anxiously to be helped home
It felt more comfortable than ever
As though I lived in Rome
I promised to stay forever.
