Believe the week has been a very busy one for most, the weekend is very much around the corner and sure enough it's the festive season!!! Happy Holidays! Here's a write-up that was inspired by a song that would be posted later on...Be grateful for life!
The days, the nights, the torture and the traumas...
Lamb of God I adore You.
If I had been told that I would have survived it,
I definitely would have doubted with every being of me.
This was a process I never imagined.
Once it started, there was no turning back.
A process I dread!
The dread didn't help much, as my Savior had made up His mind
that I would go through with it.
Jesus You mean all the world to me.
That's why I know that even when everyone, and everything disappoints,
You still remain God. And that's the beauty of it!
Some haven't seen me cry, others have, but you have seen me in that corner:
Wiping for times that didn't seem to pass by.
For pain that hurt so much, rage that filled so much it nearly destroyed me.
It's reason enough that when I remember I appreciate You more!
Indeed it's true that I was broken, YET in Your Grace you made me whole.
I was damaged and You fixed me!
Not because I deserved it but, You found it in your grace, unmerited favor, to heal me.
You definitely are more than enough- You are all I need!
Adios my fellow readers! It's been great having you around. Safe!

"All Men Are Cheats"
Screech...halt! What did you say? Aight, let's rewind...shall we? As we all know, if you aren't guilty of saying it, then you can be convicted of hearing it. The inspiration for this post came while reading a forum, where a lady who had been dating her "fiancee" for 7yrs, had recently cheated on him. As usual the battering of words have been exchanged over this issue. All the same, this write-up is not about whether or not, or in what situation cheating is acceptable, and all that jargon that comes with it. However, while reading the forum, something came to mind and thought to share it with follow readers.
We sometimes seem to want to justify people's actions- actions such as cheating. So much so, we have actually become affected by it, and are not moved, or don't see the need to question such behavior! The phrase "it is in man's nature to cheat" has been heard so many times, it could win an award in special categories. The first thing that came to mind was, when God created man [if you're not a believe, still take a moment to consider this], show me in the Bible, where God told man [Adam] that "now that I have created you, it is in your nature to cheat". Unfortunately, this very statement has caused or allowed for people to settle for less. In the belief that the standards they have set for themselves, might be too high, or that it is acceptable if the man cheats. Please do take the time to really consider the above input. You deserve nothing but the best. If you work hard at being the best you can be, why settle for someone who doesn't care enough to want the best for themselves: Instead, would prefer to wallow in the excuses society has created for them. The phrase {i.e, @ the top} isn't a reason to cheat.
Alrighty! That's about it for now! Appreciate the time, and the passing through! Do have a fulfilled and productive week! Gracias!

Pheww!...
Miss this blog! Since tablet got spoilt, being more of a reader than a writer of a blog...lol! So there's this song, that she loves so much...thought to share it with her lovely people(s)...lol! Anyways, not minding the grammatical error...as she seems to be in a great mood right now! Yeehaa!!! Hopefully, should be back to regular blogging soon...if not...hmm! Here's the link to the song; click here.
Have a great day, as the week wraps up! And remember it's already the 11th month of this wonderful 2009, a year filled with ups and downs, trials and temptations, goodness and grace, successes and also some-not-so-good attempts. Notwithstanding, if we truly look into it, there are a lot of things we have to be grateful for...some are but not limited to, family, friends, work [for those who have a job], life, and health...as many of us know that this year saw a lot of illnesses, deaths and breakdowns. Hey, but guess what! If your reading this right now...it means you are alive, hale and hearty...many started this year...but some aren't here right now! So there is a lot to be grateful for!!! And a BIG thank you, to all those who checked on me, during my absence, including one of my favorite bloggers, SSD, who was a bit down with the flu...but is doing very well at the moment! Thank you!!! Mwuah! It's been an honor serving you all!!!

It's Been Sooo Long....PC Virus!
Been sooo long! Thanks to SSD and others who dropped by! Apologizes for not writing sooner. The reason for absence: Tablet got a virus [her PC's name], so it's been down for a while, which limits the blogger's access to the internet...Oh Lord come to her rescue!!! This post is going to be short, as the public library only gives a certain amount of time for each session! So would refer you to this post, found it pretty interesting...What you think?
Regards! Take care of YOU!!!

What Holds D Authenticity Of My Faith...
I used to believe that everything had its timing.
It was ok, not to be 'conventional':
As long as you were ready for the change when it happened.
Matured enough to understand the significance of the change in one's life:
Responsible enough to accept this change and run with it.
It was ok, to not be in a relationship when others wanted you to be.
It was ok, that people thought you 'weird' when they assumed you were 'non-heterosexual' because you hadn't started dating, just yet:
BUT, you opt to go into a relationship when your mind was matured enough to work and build your relationship.
It's your life, yet, it ticks on their clock!
With eveything so 'conventional' you wondered:
What was left of the value of life (society) you cherished so much?
The pressures saw you drifting unto a different path.
Then you took the time to search within yourself...
Where lies the foundation of my persona?
What holds the authenticity of my faith?
That's it lovely readers! Hope to catch you around sometime...soon! Gracias!!!

Father's Day!
Happy Father's day to all fathers, dads, soon-to be dads!!! This is a journey taken, with faith in every child you have the privilege of caring for. To both spiritual and biological Fathers...it's a time to re-evaluate your relationships with your children. If there be need for improvements, His grace has been made sufficient. Being able to celebrate this day indicates that. Every child deserves a father. Every father deserves respect. The respect is earned, not only by being a biological father but also when your child acknowledges you as [his/her] father. A child can have many father figures, BUT no one can equate a child's Father.
Here's to a Happy Father's Day... "Dance With My Father Again" by Luther Vandross. Enjoy!
"To feel you have no father, is to believe you have lost a significant part of you." Do not let this be the fate of our children. Thanks for being here! Take care ya'll!

Poem: Reflection Afloat.
Hi everyone! How did your week go? It's real good to be back. She was contemplating what write-up to put up. As she already had something else prepared. But this poem came along, and she decided to post it. She hopes as you read it, it would make sense to you. Hope it has some meaning for you. As you go about the weekend, have a blast!
Reflection Afloat.
I happen to see a dead man afloat the river.
The dead man had a reflection of me. Me? Yes me!
A side of me I always knew about,
seemingly come to terms with but refuse to do anything about.
It had become a part of me.
A part, though I detest of, I cleave to so readily.
Cleave to because it provides me the satisfaction of staying within my comfort zone.
Hmm! I begin to wonder...
Why my body must stand in the way of my soul's progress.
The fight between my body and soul is so unique,
The laws of copyright can't withhold it's originality.
Yet it is with much joy that I watch my obstacles and hindrances afloat like a dead man with no life, after drowning.
Thus my reflection indicates the dead man afloat is ME!
That's it people. Enjoy the weekend! Merci.
